Molecular AOP Builder
A curator-in-the-loop web application that maps AOP Key Events to WikiPathways pathways, Gene Ontology biological-process terms, and Reactome pathways using BioBERT semantic similarity, with gene-overlap context and an admin review workflow before mappings enter the public REST API.
